What it is
Captions written and timed by hand, and chapters named from the edit.
How we do it
Captions are typed, not generated, then timed to the frame and checked against the final cut. Chapters are named for what happens in them, so the progress bar reads like a table of contents.
What you get back
Caption files in English, and Spanish if you want them, chapters in the description, and both already on the video when it goes live.

A weekly build channel that was losing people at the cut list. We moved the plan to the front and cut the build to the sound of the tools.
Hand-rolled pasta with a Sunday ragù
Pantry Hours

A home-cooking channel that talked through every step. We let the pan do the talking and moved the recipe card to the end.

Good numbers, slow openings. We rebuilt the first thirty seconds of every video around the number in the title.
